  4 registers open at 4pm. First of the month. Called store twice while I waited in line. Spoke to a manager I went and found while on hold, he called someone and kept playing with his Valentine plush end cap. Zero manager presence on the front end. Did not care at all. CSM was at service desk not reacting; except to call "all register trained associates " which they must have none because none came up including managers. I worked for Walmart for 16 years until last year when I left a company that has lost focus. This is unacceptable to treat your community this way. Just plain rude and disrespectful.
